November is approaching and we're more than half-way done with the Fall semester. Midterms are already over for some while midterms seem to be never-ending for others. I can't imagine all the stress you would accumulate over the semester from all that continuous exam-taking. Then again, I seem to have a never-ending list of deadlines for papers. Why did I ever decide to overload? I'm just crazy sometimes. Haha.
Students have already recieved their spring semester registration tickets, and they're probably in the midst of planning. This is the only time I actually look forward to near the end of the semester. I love planning my schedule - or just planning in general. It's not that I want to take all these classes. Just thinking about the exams or papers stresses me out.
It's been getting colder lately. Have you already seen the snow that night a few days ago? I did. I was ecstatic; I love snow, and winter! But I don't like the cold... Ironic, isn't it? Seeing snow was the wake up call I needed. For the past few weeks, I have been wearing a sweater/hoodie with a thin underlayer. I've been cold occasionally, more so recently. Now, I realize I definitely need my winter coat. Time to take out the winter wardrobe. I hope everyone keeps warm this winter!
Just a side note: Nick Offerman raffles have been drawn, and the winners should have already been contacted. Congratulations to those who won, and I hope to see you Nick Offerman fans at the show this weekend.
Updates on Interns: We had a lot of fun helping out at the event last Thursday. Half of us dressed in yukata and half dressed snazzy in white and black. We served Japanese-style hors d'oeuvres and even got to eat them ourselves after the event. It was delicious!
